We booked for an adult family get together with a mix of age ranges and there was plenty to do. The pool was amazing! The basketball/pickleball court was great! There were lots of games to play inside. The only thing that we wish they had was lights in the backyard to enjoy the amenities after dark.

The house fit our needs for 10 people, 5 of which were kids. The backyard and especially the pool kept the kids fully entertained. If you need to keep your kids busy, this place will work well. Hosts responded very promptly to our questions and needs.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our extended family, with ages ranging from 4 to 65. There was truly something for everyone to enjoy. The backyard was a huge highlight, featuring a pool, pickleball court, basketball court, and cornhole, which kept both the teenagers and adults entertained. The location was good—close to grocery stores and only about 15 minutes from the beach (without traffic), making it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The host was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. When the grill had been damaged by the previous guests, they quickly had a brand-new grill delivered and assembled so we could still enjoy grilling during our vacation. That level of service was greatly appreciated. We made so many great memories and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable place for a family or group getaway!

Nice place with lots to do! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. There were plenty of activities and amenities to keep everyone entertained throughout our stay. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to others visiting the area.

Everything was amazing! We had a large group, and everyone accommodated comfortably. We all had so much fun and truly enjoyed our time there. The place was very clean, cozy, and had a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing experience. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time staying at Rich & Amanda’s in Bradenton. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet & is in a perfect location. It is a few minutes drive to Publix, Target, Starbucks, gas stations & anything else you would need. It’s also only a 10-15 minute drive to any beach on AMI. We were able to go to a different beach each day The home looks exactly like the pictures. The inside is very pretty & clean. It perfectly accommodated our party of 11 & all of our needs (bathrooms, laundry & kitchen). The whole family had a blast with all there is to do. The backyard is an oasis where we spent a lot of down time & kept the kids busy between beach visits. The adults & kids also thoroughly enjoyed battling it out on the arcade games. I especially enjoyed Golden Tee. Rich was proactive in prep for our arrival & very responsive to any of our needs. I would highly recommend this property to anyone & can’t wait to book our next visit

We had a wonderful stay! The house is spacious, comfortable, and has plenty of entertainment and leisure options for the whole family. The location is excellent very close to the beach and convenient grocery stores, making everything easy and accessible. Everything was great, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Rich and Amanda’s home far exceeded our expectations. The location, amenities, and attention to detail were superior. Our grandkids took full advantage of the clean pool, pickleball court, putting green, and basketball hoop. I am not sure there is anything we could have needed that was not already provided (especially appreciated beach towels and beach chairs). We would not hesitate booking this property again!

The house fit our needs for 10 people, 5 of which were kids. The backyard and especially the pool kept the kids fully entertained. If you need to keep your kids busy, this place will work well. Hosts responded very promptly to our questions and needs.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our extended family, with ages ranging from 4 to 65. There was truly something for everyone to enjoy. The backyard was a huge highlight, featuring a pool, pickleball court, basketball court, and cornhole, which kept both the teenagers and adults entertained. The location was good—close to grocery stores and only about 15 minutes from the beach (without traffic), making it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The host was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. When the grill had been damaged by the previous guests, they quickly had a brand-new grill delivered and assembled so we could still enjoy grilling during our vacation. That level of service was greatly appreciated. We made so many great memories and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable place for a family or group getaway!

We booked for an adult family get together with a mix of age ranges and there was plenty to do. The pool was amazing! The basketball/pickleball court was great! There were lots of games to play inside. The only thing that we wish they had was lights in the backyard to enjoy the amenities after dark.

Everything was amazing! We had a large group, and everyone accommodated comfortably. We all had so much fun and truly enjoyed our time there. We had a great time staying at Rich & Amanda’s in Bradenton. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet & is in a perfect location. It is a few minutes drive to Publix, Target, Starbucks, gas stations & anything else you would need. It’s also only a 10-15 minute drive to any beach on AMI. We were able to go to a different beach each day The home looks exactly like the pictures. The inside is very pretty & clean. It perfectly accommodated our party of 11 & all of our needs (bathrooms, laundry & kitchen). The whole family had a blast with all there is to do. The backyard is an oasis where we spent a lot of down time & kept the kids busy between beach visits. The adults & kids also thoroughly enjoyed battling it out on the arcade games. I especially enjoyed Golden Tee. Rich was proactive in prep for our arrival & very responsive to any of our needs. I would highly recommend this property to anyone & can’t wait to book our next visit

The location is excellent very close to the beach and convenient grocery stores, making everything easy and accessible. Our stay at Rich and Amanda’s home far exceeded our expectations. The location, amenities, and attention to detail were superior. Our grandkids took full advantage of the clean pool, pickleball court, putting green, and basketball hoop. I am not sure there is anything we could have needed that was not already provided (especially appreciated beach towels and beach chairs). We would not hesitate booking this property again!

1. Refundable Bookings
Cancellation Deadlines
• For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
• For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• Clover Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.
• Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email.
• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
• If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Clover Vacation Homes will match it.
