Throughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was clean and perfect for our group of 16. We loved the outdoor space. The location is great for grabbing an Uber for dinner or for ordering supplies from Walmart and ABC.

Beautiful house, amazing backyard, any issues we had the host was very responsive. When we arrived there were a few things that needed to be fixed and they quickly got it squared away. We are so grateful for this space and that we got to stay here and enjoy a vacation with our family. Perfect for bigger family vacations. Everyone had their own space.

Great place. Responsive host. Lots to do. Very clean and spacious. We had 17 people stay there and loved it. Especially the coffee bar, pool, water accessories, beach wagon, and pickle bar court. Some things were broken: hammock, all the lights in bunk bed queen room, and air conditioning in back half of house. We informed host right away and he was responsive.

What can I say… the place was awesome. I couldn’t have asked for a better location and home for my bachelor party. House was immaculate inside and out. It had everything you needed for a big party of people with some privacy as well! Full kitchen all utensils/pots & pans. Enough towels for everyone. The coffee station was key! Basketball/Pickle ball. The fountain in the back with heated pool. It was perfect. If I was ever coming down to the St.Pete/Bradenton/Sarasota area again, Without a doubt this is the only house I’d want to stay at period! Rich & Amanda are great hosts. Between the early check in & great communication it’s exactly what I expect from every host and they nailed it thanks again Rich & Amanda. **** If you read this and are even considering another home in the area don’t cause this is the one to stay at 100%!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Rich & Amanda’s Airbnb. We ran into a few unexpected situations that were completely out of anyone’s control, and they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and quick to assist every step of the way. Their communication really made all the difference and helped us feel taken care of. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and had the perfect setup for our kids to enjoy comfortably. It truly felt like a home away from home for our family. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great family-friendly place!

Throughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was clean and perfect for our group of 16. We loved the outdoor space. The location is great for grabbing an Uber for dinner or for ordering supplies from Walmart and ABC.

Beautiful house, amazing backyard, any issues we had the host was very responsive. When we arrived there were a few things that needed to be fixed and they quickly got it squared away. We are so grateful for this space and that we got to stay here and enjoy a vacation with our family. Perfect for bigger family vacations. Everyone had their own space.

Great place. Responsive host. Lots to do. Very clean and spacious. We had 17 people stay there and loved it. Especially the coffee bar, pool, water accessories, beach wagon, and pickle bar court. Some things were broken: hammock, all the lights in bunk bed queen room, and air conditioning in back half of house. We informed host right away and he was responsive.

What can I say… the place was awesome. I couldn’t have asked for a better location and home for my bachelor party. House was immaculate inside and out. It had everything you needed for a big party of people with some privacy as well! Full kitchen all utensils/pots & pans. Enough towels for everyone. The coffee station was key! Basketball/Pickle ball. The fountain in the back with heated pool. It was perfect. If I was ever coming down to the St.Pete/Bradenton/Sarasota area again, Without a doubt this is the only house I’d want to stay at period! Rich & Amanda are great hosts. Between the early check in & great communication it’s exactly what I expect from every host and they nailed it thanks again Rich & Amanda. **** If you read this and are even considering another home in the area don’t cause this is the one to stay at 100%!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Rich & Amanda’s Airbnb. We ran into a few unexpected situations that were completely out of anyone’s control, and they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and quick to assist every step of the way. Their communication really made all the difference and helped us feel taken care of. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and had the perfect setup for our kids to enjoy comfortably. It truly felt like a home away from home for our family. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great family-friendly place!

Cancellation policy

This property follows Clover Vacation Homes’s standard cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

1. Refundable Bookings
Cancellation Deadlines
• For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
• For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• Clover Vacation Homes will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.
• Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email.
• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
• If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Clover Vacation Homes will match it.
